The staff was very friendly and eager to create a good experience from check in to breakfast and bell boys!! The breakfast was delicious and the barista wow!! They gave us late checkout and everything was great! Location 10. Staff 10. Breakfast 10!

Perfect location for points of interest.

Excellent location - very close to the main square but tucked away on a quiet street. Lots of restaurants nearby. The staff at the front desk was very helpful and provided good recommendations on what sites to see.

The hotel is in a walking distance the main attractions. The beach is on a 20-minute distance with a car and 40 min with a bus. There is a bus station very close to the hotel. The hotel has a rooftop open to all guests, which was amazing. Overall, it was an amazing experience.

Location, location,location Warm welcoming staff

Magnificent hotel. Brand new. Spacious and clean.

We liked everything about this hotel. The staff were all friendly and welcoming, and helped us plan a walk through Turia gardens on our first day as well as ordering a cab for us on the last day. The hotel had a quiet, relaxed atmosphere and the room was big enough and spotless. The cleaning staff changed all the bedding and left the room clean and tidy whenever we left the sign on the door asking for the room to made up. The location is great because you can easily walk into the city but the road/area of the hotel itself is very quiet. The tramstop for the beach is a very short walk and there is a supermarket just round the corner. The location is especially convenient for vegans, as you have Easy Pizza (many vegan options) for takeaway pizza, Almalibre for breakfast/lunch & La Tastaolettes for dinner all within easy walking distance (plus loads of fully vegan cafes/restaurants a bit further into the city). This hotel ticked all the boxes and if I ever return to Valencia I will book it again without hesitation!

Large room, comfortable modern decor, quiet, great location.

The location is perfect. The staff are excellent, friendly, and accommodating. Bruno, who works in the hotel's rooftop terrace bar, deserves a special mention, super friendly chatty and makes a superb Aperol Sprits :-) Breakfast is cooked fresh and served to your table, with a great selection. 5 stars

Location, location, LOCATION. Staff were SO helpful, kind and forthcoming - nothing was ever a problem. We learned that the property was only a few months old - the newest in the Axel chain, so all was fresh and spot on. We did not know it was a 'gay' hotel, but was suuuuper pleased by it as we're gay. Met many other incredibly content guests who had booked the hotel, not knowing it was 'gay' and they too loved it......as the hotel puts it; they're Heterofriendly......

Room was pretty big and had a kitchenette with everything you may need for a short stay! Also we really enjoyed the breakfast 😋 And location is perfect - in the heart of the historic center - perfect for walking around. We were using garage and it’s a valuable resource in the city center.

The location is great. The room itself was super nice and confortable. With a kitchenette and roomy bathroom. Great value.

The staff. I was there for a marathon, staff is so friendly, it is a small hotel, boutique one and you can feel everyone there trying to go the extra mile, in a very friendly and polite way.

Amazing room as we had the presidential suite with multiple balconies with great view of ornate building and museum of ceramics! Location is perfect for walking around the old town. Very warm and friendly reception staff. Helped with local food n drink recommendations! Has a small roof terrace to enjoy your coffee or sunset drinks.

The location is great and the building Is charming. But Miguel at the reception desk made the weekend wonderful! He went out of his way to make sure that we were comfortable at the hotel and able to find our way in Valencia.
