The hotel was in a very beautiful location. It was a small hotel, but everything was great. The view from the window was stunning. The nights were quiet, and it felt comfortable and safe. There is a small restaurant under the hotel, and the food there is very delicious. The bathroom was also especially beautiful.”

- The staff were really nice and polite. On top of that, I went for my birthday, and they arranged a cake and even a small present <3 - Our room was strikingly clean every day - We didn't have breakfast included, but had dinner at the hotel restaurant a few times, and every time the food was fantastic - much better than in some restaurants we booked (what a burger!) - The location is fantastic, 2 minutes from the park, 2 minutes from a huge shopping center, and the center of the city is only 20 minutes away

location was amazing, right in the old town with the view of the Serrano Towers. Everywhere such as the centre and restaurants were at a walking distance

Rooftop bar and pool were beautiful. The location was excellent as we were taking a bus the next day and it's just around the corner.

Location, location, LOCATION. Staff were SO helpful, kind and forthcoming - nothing was ever a problem. We learned that the property was only a few months old - the newest in the Axel chain, so all was fresh and spot on. We did not know it was a 'gay' hotel, but was suuuuper pleased by it as we're gay. Met many other incredibly content guests who had booked the hotel, not knowing it was 'gay' and they too loved it......as the hotel puts it; they're Heterofriendly......

The location is perfect. The staff are excellent, friendly, and accommodating. Bruno, who works in the hotel's rooftop terrace bar, deserves a special mention, super friendly chatty and makes a superb Aperol Sprits :-) Breakfast is cooked fresh and served to your table, with a great selection. 5 stars

Room was pretty big and had a kitchenette with everything you may need for a short stay! Also we really enjoyed the breakfast 😋 And location is perfect - in the heart of the historic center - perfect for walking around. We were using garage and it’s a valuable resource in the city center.

Excellent location - very close to the main square but tucked away on a quiet street. Lots of restaurants nearby. The staff at the front desk was very helpful and provided good recommendations on what sites to see.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of it all, but tucked away so that it was quiet at night. The rooftop pool was ideal for our kids in the summer heat. The rooms were super stylish and spacious.

The location is great and the building Is charming. But Miguel at the reception desk made the weekend wonderful! He went out of his way to make sure that we were comfortable at the hotel and able to find our way in Valencia.
