We liked a lot: - the breakfast: very diverse, with a lot of options. Totally worth the pay! - the attention to waste: large bottles of shampoo, soap in the bathroom, towels changed only if on the floor, no plastic water bottles, the breakfas (jam) jars were large, with option to self-serve as much as needed, etc. - the position: we traveled by train so it was right next to train station Lille Flandres. Excellent location for us! - spacious room with fridge and coffee/tea makers - the toys, books and games in the lobby - the general atmosphere : very colorful, clean, friendly

Mama Shelter Lille made us feel right at home. Our room was spacious and spotless, with everything we needed. Staff were really helpful and friendly - and were happy to help us in English. We also had excellent breakfast, one of the best hotel breakfasts we've had in ages. We were so cosy and comfortable in our room that we almost didn't want to leave to face the winter elements! Mama Shelter is also close to the Eurostar station and easy to find.

What a wonderful place to stay, close to all the action yet far enough to be quiet at night. The rooms are very well appointed ,the air conditioning fantastic and the beds were incredibly comfortable There is not a lift but the staff was very accommodating to those who could use a hand with their luggage. With all the positives of this place the people who work here are its greatest strength. Anthony was especially helpful, he was very accommodating in meeting our needs and then going further in helping us with some difficult health situations. We didn’t lift a finger as he set up what needed to be done and we were more than appreciative! We will return one day to this beautiful city and when we do, it will be a bee line to the Kanai Hotel. Highly recommended!

Nicely spaced 3 bedroom with comfortable beds. Pretty clean. Great breakfast buffet with amazing scrambled eggs.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The location is good. Walking distance from the city center. The bus stop is just a few steps away. The breakfast was excellent. The rooms are clean and spacious.

I loved this hotel. Staff was exceptional good. Room was small but modern, well-appointed, and exceptional Clean. The bed was very comfortable. Could not ask for a better location near the train station and walking distance from multiple attractions/restaurants.

Excellent room with very nice park view. Easy to reach to westfield shopping mall and walkable distance to the grand place. Everything is great. They have some sweet easter welcome gift and this is also a surprise to us. Even with the last minute booking, the staff even kindly offers a room upgrade. Will definitely come back again!

Wonderful experience at Eklo hotel! The room was small but perfectly enough for our short stay. Everything was clean and tidy. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was simple but delicious.

Clean and recently built. It is very conveniently located near the train station and close to the city center. The swimming pool is small but great for a quick dip.
