Exceeded our expectations. Perfect location, lovely facilities, exceptionally helpful and friendly staff. And super quiet, despite being so close to the port.

The welcoming, the location and nice breakfast

Our stay was interrupted by my wife’s front teeth crowns falling off. One day before a cruise on a Friday! Panic mode! The ladies at the front desk were amazing. They were able to set up online with a local French dental network so that we could find who had an opening and thank goodness, as a result, we were able to find the last opening in town. We took an Uber and got her teeth fixed within a few hours. How’s that for service?! Oh and the hotel was great too! Awesome breakfast 🍳

Amazing breakfast with a super PORT VIEW in a fantastic terrace . Spa and hamman very clean and with the reservation you are sure not crowdie , receptionist very helpful specialli Anna helped me a lot with some request. Parking service with Valet perfect

The hotel is amazing, truly. It's totally worth it. We went through a traumatic event before getting to the hotel, and the staff was amazing. So polite and kind, but flexible as well.

Other than that, our stay was generally pleasant. Tea and coffee were provided, and there were clean towels available. Plates, glasses, wine glasses, and other kitchen and dining essentials were all provided, and the apartment was quite spacious. It was also nice to have complimentary single-use items such as shower gel, toothbrushes, and razors. There was spare toilet paper available as well, and aside from a few details, the apartment was generally clean. The building is an old historic property, and the location is excellent. Everything is within walking distance, making it very convenient to get around.

Excellent location right by the old port, staff present 24/7, rooms kept clean and proper. Couldn't ask for a better deal for the price!

I liked its location—it’s in the heart of the city, close to everything, and you don’t need to take a taxi from the airport; you can just use the underground. The manager was always helpful, assisting with carrying my bags and even helping me heat water.

The staff was excellent, the little tiny girl at the front desk dragged our bags up and was so sweet and helpful even though we arrived exhausted and angry . The location can’t be beat.

The staff was great, Andrea was very nice to us and her help was wonderful. The other guys were great too. The coffee and apple juice downstairs are free and amazing. The beds were the best, very comfy. Everything was clean and organized.

I asked for a quiet room, and got one! Very quiet, especially since the front of the building faces the very busy port/farmers market/metro/restaurants. Location is very central. Room was very clean, simple and modern. Lots of bars, restaurants, and laundry near by. Felt safe as a solo female traveler.
