The hotel interiors, its courtyard, the resto, the staff, the location… I walked from hotel to Montmarte - Sacre Couer Basilica using maps, it took me 15 minutes ergo location is very accessible plus I am Asian and was in Europe for 3 weeks was so thankful for the Asian restaurants surrounding it, and also Grab Eats for everything else. Special mention to its staff, all of them specially Pauline very helpful and accommodating. Their service and dedication made the hotel 5-star.

Very modern hotel with interactive room where you control everything from tablet, even the smell of the room. In reality the rooms are much better than in the pictures. The staff was very helpful with all our requests.

The amazing atmosphere and fantastic staff!

We had a wonderful time at the hotel 🤩 At check-in time, they welcomed our requests very kindly. The rooms are spacious and clean, the beds are comfortable. All room stuffs were elegant,there is a welcome card in the room with your name on it, including two delicious pieces of chocolate. They clean daily and come back to ask you in the evening if you need anything. The reception staff is very friendly, cheerful and welcoming (morning-evening). The hotel staff in general, wherever you go, smile and welcome you. I felt like I was among my home. At check-out time, it was a weekend and early in the morning, the receptionist was cooperative and carried our bags and put them in the car and saw us off to the door. Thank you..

This was our first visit to Paris, the hotel is very clean and the location is beautiful, the metro stations and cafés are all around us and it's a nice area to walk around. The staff were really nice, especially Yousif. He has a good energy around him and suggested Sacre coeur Church as a spot for my wife's birthday when I asked him for a spot with the Parisian vibe, which was the highlight of our trip.

Its good location for everything. Metro, tram, restaurants, bakeries... all is there, not more than 5 mins of walk to anything. Really nice location. Hotel is also nice, we had everything in it, clean, etc... Didn't find anything wrong. Best recommendations.

Hotel location is excellent, even though it's in a vibrant Monmatre neighborhoods, though the hotel is on a very calm and quiet street. Walking distance to all the top Monmatre sites. 2-3min walk to metro station. The room is very clean and comfortable despite being small in size. Love the shower equipment, good water mass flow rate and pressure, equally excellent drainag. There is a drinking water fountain in the hotel lobby, which provide still and sparkling cold water. It's God send in the hot summer days. Staffs are exceedingly friendly and helpful, especially young gentleman Clément. Thank you for being so kind to us! We'll come back next time for sure, also recommend to others.

The staff, the location, the room itself

The staff was really kind, and helpful. Our flight was at 9am, thus the administration agreed to prepare the breakfast earlier at 5am. Whenever I approached the administration they kindly answered my questions.

I had an exceptional experience with Maison Cassandre. I was looking for a 4 star hotel to stay within budget, and as such, I was expecting a 4 star hotel quality. I was completely wrong, this place is a 5 star hotel.

Walking distance 20min to SacreCoeur & Lafayette Galleries 25mins. Quiet and peaceful at night. Near the metro and bus. Good staff service and friendly.

The room was small but very cozy and comfortable, while the bathroom had a good space. Overall everything was very clean and great for a short stay. The location is also quite convenient since it is close to a metro station to go to the center.

The hotel staffs were very accommodating. I knew that we would be arriving quite early and I wrote if we could store the luggage before we checked in and they replied that they would do their best to check us in if the rooms are already available. So we arrived at 7 am and the person at the reception told us we could check in already! This was so considerate and kind! They also assisted us with other requests (adapter..etc) and the unlimited free coffee and tea was so nice! Location is also perfect as there are a lot of restaurants and markets around and very close to metro station and bus stops!
