Location : excellent, plenty of food and drinking options nearby. Nice local pub also. Restaurant below had nice tap beers and sold champagne if you prefer not to venture far. Chandon Moet imperial brut 75cl bottle was at 60 euro, not crazy markup. Room : Queen bed was comfortable. Showers hot water, faucet water was a bit low pressure. No A/C so summer month might be hot unless you only sleep there in evening. Check-in is via the restaurant below that managed the small hotel. No elevator. Key card for room and hotel entrance (safe). Friendly staff.

The staff were incredibly friendly. Despite language barrier, they were patient and really tried to communicate to make sure our stay was great the whole time we were there. Location was great: near a lot of the vineyards and wine tastings in Reims/Verzy region. Tip: if you bring a car, there is a parking garage right across the way. For 14 hours parking, it was quite cheap.

The staff, location and room accommodations exceeded my expectations. I can't emphasize enough how welcoming and helpful the owner and staff were upon my arrival. Excellent travail!

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They were all very kind and accommodating. Especially the ones who helped me with my luggage up and down the spiral stairs.

The location, service and nice breakfast

Breakfast had fresh fruit and breads. Lots of choice and a coffee machine

Lovely building. We had requested two twin beds. There was a mix up so they put us in a family room instead. Two separate bedrooms! The location was great. Right across the park from the train station. Walking distance to the cathedral. The restaurant was wonderful.

Great downtown location, next to bars and restaurants. Private “area” with 2 rooms for us and the kids.

Very central location. Staff was very nice. No air conditioning or lift. Large windows could be opened, however a lot of street noise at night with windows open.

Great location next to the train station. It is so accommodating for the train traveler with a noon check in and check out. Breakfast was good, very cool atmosphere and helpful staff. I would highly recommend especially if you are traveling for a short stay.
