Staff was very kind. They spoke both english and russian. Bed, pillows, and duvet were so comfortable. Bathroom was clean and in good condition with everything you'll need. View from the terrace stunning. Breakfast was simple and delicious. Since my room was on first floor, there were no view from the balcony, but that was not critical for me.

This is a very good hotel and offers excellent value for money. Its location is one of its biggest advantages. Everything you might need is nearby, including supermarkets, restaurants, currency exchange offices, and many other useful services. A large shopping center, City Mall, is located close to the hotel. The nearest metro station is Medical University, which is approximately a 10–15 minute walk away. The rooms are very clean, the air conditioning works perfectly, and the breakfast is much better than what you would typically expect from a three-star hotel. It is varied, satisfying, and well-prepared. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay here, especially because we really liked the Saburtalo neighborhood. One point that may be worth considering is that the hotel is not located in the city center. If this is your first visit to Tbilisi, you may want to keep that in mind. However, the hotel itself is situated in an excellent area with plenty of amenities nearby. A few suggestions that could make this already good hotel even better: Adding a safety deposit box in the rooms would be greatly appreciated. Providing a toaster at breakfast would allow guests to toast their bread, which would be a nice improvement. It would also be helpful to place warmers under the hot breakfast items, such as eggs and omelets, to keep them at the proper temperature. We had a very enjoyable stay and would gladly recommend this hotel to other travelers.

Good apartment and near to all stores and metro station and bus stations

The neighborhood is the best for cafes and stores catering to the local affluent and student segments, unlike the tourist traps in the historical parts of the city.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly, the location is excellent, and everything needed for a comfortable stay is provided. The metro and grocery stores are nearby, which is very convenient
