We stayed at the hotel for three days, and it was perfect! The location is about a 30-minute walk from the city center, in a lively neighborhood near an old gas station that has been transformed into a vibrant urban complex. The hotel itself is housed in a beautifully repurposed industrial building. There is a well-maintained garden and a pool, adding to the relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are stylishly designed, the bed is incredibly comfortable, and the coffee corner is well-equipped with local herbal tea and a Nespresso machine. Breakfast was absolutely wonderful! Highly recommended!

Cool spaces to hang out, private room perfect for a family of 4. Everything was super clean and very functional. Loved having a swim after a hot day of sight seeing!

We absolutely loved our stay at this gorgeous little property in Athens. It was such a different style of hotel to anywhere we have stayed before, but utterly delightful in every way. The attention to detail throughout the hotel is incredible, and the flower arrangements are truly extraordinary — beautiful, creative and so much fun. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Our flight arrived very early in the morning, and they already had everything organised so we were able to access our room early, which was hugely appreciated after a long-haul flight. The location is fantastic — close to all the major attractions in Athens, including the Acropolis, which we could even see from our room. It is also only a very short walk to Monastiraki and surrounded by lovely little tavernas tucked away in the back streets. We would absolutely recommend it.

Well Positioned in an area with great food and shops The team at Ivis were simply amazing. Friendly beyond measure and open to help us with anything. They were gracious to allow us to remain in lobby area after our ferry was delayed. We will return.

The apartment was very big, nice and clean, close to the city center, perfect for a family of 5. Breakfast was good. We could use the kitchen to warm up leftovers.

It felt safe to walk to the hotel late at night. It was close to restaurants, shopping and attractions. The air conditioning was great and the room was comfortable. Staff were helpful and friendly.

The location is very convenient. Walkable distance or just 1-2 metro stops to major tourism spots. The room is well facilitated and very clean. Host Yannis gives very detailed and timely information all the time.

We had the family suite. 4 adults in the suite. Very comfortable. We all had breakfast, lots of options and lots of food. Staff pleasant. We are English speaking and they accommodated us very well.

I think this is by far one of the nicest hotels we’ve had the opportunity to stay in. Excellent price and location, just 5 minutes from the entrance of the Acropolis. It is near the busiest areas, and the staff was always in contact with us to check in and assist. The mini bar was fully equipped, and there were some complimentary items. I am pretty sure I will eventually return to this hotel. Great breakfast, by the way.

The hotel was very close to all important touristic destinations. The room was clean and quiet. Roof terrace was a great place to relax and see the Acropolis. The stuff was very friendly and gave us a list of recommended places to eat, it was very handy.

The daily breakfast was well prepared and served to us by our waiter. From the time of check-in to when we checked out, the hotel staff went out of their way to assure that all of our needs were met. The roof-top dining and the nighttime view of the Acropolis were a treat. The hotel was clean and had a convenient location near the metro.
