Even though we only stayed for one night, WHK left a wonderful impression. The room was incredibly spacious with a thoughtful layout, especially the huge bathroom and shower area, plus the large mirror that made getting ready so convenient. Small touches like the welcome chocolates made us feel genuinely welcomed, and the bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. What truly stood out were the playful and thoughtful design elements throughout the hotel. From the free mini gacha at reception to the bookshelf-themed elevator area with buttons hidden in photo frames, every corner felt creative and memorable. Even the room entrance design, complete with braille details, added charm and character. Breakfast was another highlight!! An impressive spread with something for everyone: salads, cheeses, stir-fries, dim sum, ramen, curries, and classic western options like bacon and eggs. The congee was especially comforting and absolutely delicious.

Staff were always very polite and friendly, greeting you every time you entered or left the building. Cleaning staff too, always cheerful and happy. Thank you all for your warmth and kindness. Location was great, close to both TST and Austin stations for easy access to almost anywhere in HK. Connected to a very nice shopping mall, everything you could need is very close. The room itself had all we needed. Fantastic bathroom.
