I stayed here one night when visiting the National Park. Overall, it is a very nice room in a remodeled part of the pansion. The owner made me a great mushroom risotto for dinner. Smart TV for watching Netflix.

We picked this place because we needed an overnight stay because it was halfway between Istria and Plitvice NP. Its a little rustic on the edges but it is charming. The host couldn't be more kind; although he was short staffed, he prepared a delicious dinner for both me and my wife. The breakfast was generous. The rooms were quiet. Parking was easy and available on the property

Mainly the place is wonderful for us we live the outdoor hicking fishing etc... But the best host is Simon he was so busy, short because two staff were sick operation, but he took his time to embrace everyone good by!! During our few days there he was very attentive and always making sure the guest were having a good time at his place.. We are retired couple my husband From California and me from Costa Rica traveling the world.. Highly recommend it Hotel Kovac
