I don't like at all, they don't maintain basic facilities, even like brush and paste, everything they are asking u can go and buy, new tourist from other country people how they can go and buy? No soap, no brush, ntg at all, no minaral water bottles

I booked the property but did not visit. Before going, I called the property and asked about the facilities. They informed me that the property is currently under maintenance, AC was not available, and there was no electricity backup. Because of this, I immediately cancelled the booking. If the property is under maintenance and major facilities are unavailable, it should be temporarily removed from the listing to avoid inconvenience and disappointment for guests

Location view from room was amazing. Breakfast was limited and acceptable. But don’t buy any food extra from the restaurant of the hotel as this is super expensive.

The location was excellent for me as I was on the both occasions I stayed at the hotel travelling from Kolkatta via aircraft to Kochi International airport and then onto to Allepy, and on the second occasion I was travelling from Allepy to Kochi International Airport and onto Singapore and required an overnight hotel. The hotel was very conveniently situated close to the airport and a had a free shuttle service as a bonus. On both occasions the hotel staff were welcoming and went out of their way to provide an excellent service in meeting my particular needs. Thank you Fortune Hotel,

VKJ is an excellent hotel to stay at. They have 24-hour reception service and security, so you always feel safe and looked after. The rooms and common areas are very clean and well maintained. The staff is extremely friendly and always willing to help, any requests I had were handled quickly and efficiently. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend VKJ Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

The owner was super friendly and helped us with the bus connection early in the Morning

New property located about 1/2 km from Aluva station. Rooms were clean and enough for the required rest. Has a nice rooftop area. Restaurant is still not functional

Beautiful spacious room with modern furnishing. Nice smell, comfy bed, coffee in the room, regular room service...Staffs helped us with so many things, laundry, money exchange, some necessary utencils. The hotel is in a superb location. Special thanks to the FOM, gentleman Abhi and two beautiful ladies working at the reception Sneha and Haritha. We stayed here for more than 10 nights. 💯👍🏾
