The hotel was spectacular and its truly reflective of Iraqi classy cultural and has a beautiful vibe. The personnel were amazing and made me feel welcome. I really felt appreciated and the stay was magnificent. The services are 5 star and the hotel has everything and more.

From the moment I walked in the hotel, I got an excellent vibe. Everything was brand new, chic and luxurious. Hotel staffs are friendly. They can speak English, Arabic and also Farsi is spoken by the friendly Chef HamidReza.

Great hotel for a great value located in the heart of everything, literally everything. You are sureounded by malls, markets, shops, restaurants, currency exchange banks, and more. The room was lovely, clean, and new! The staff were extremely friendly and kind to offer us the best value possible. They are more than happy to help newcommers and tourists with basically everything from getting rides around the city, how to get great deals, where to go ect. My business at the Swedish Embassy in Amman was cut easy thanks to the 10 minute ride from the hotel back and forth. Very convenient! There is also a stationery/gift shop nearby which provides amazing gifts to bring back home. I will visit that again. I am coming back in a month or two and will definetly book here again!

Economy stay with free breakfast, kind receptionist and manager of the property.

The rooms are very clean, the staff are polite and helpful, and the hotel location is excellent. I had a comfortable stay and I recommend it.
