The location of the hotel is great and hospitality of people ,especially Mohamed who is always smiling and ready to help .I am thankful that upon on checking in , the owner upgraded the room which was very spacious with view of the downtown.

Parking issue is the biggest issue, Mr. Bassim solved for the per-day 6 JOD paid parking The parking managing person also very kind and friendly

Mahmood really helped us out, went above and beyond to help us recover our bags that were misplaced by Egypt Air. He accommodated our room change when the AC wasn't working fast enough. (It was a heat wave in Jordan at the time).

Great location, 15 mins. walking to Downtown, Roman Theater, Citadel, Rainbow St.. Welcoming staff, good breakfast. Probably the best value for money in Amman.

Very nice place, convenient location and very nice staff! We stayed here twice in our trip to Jordan, we booked the second time as our experience the first time was very positive, they helped us arrange a car rental and gave us all the information we needed for our roadtrip around Jordan. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, common areas were super clean and organized, internet was very good and overall it was an excellent experience. We would definitely recommend it!
