The staff was so sweet and very helpful. The bedding was pretty comfortable. The room was clean and we had enough space for two. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is exceptional as we were pretty close to the Petra site (~5 min walk).

Food was amazing, everyone super lovely. Though my favorite was the kitty!

Location is incredible. Just next to visitors Centre. Arrived at 3pm went to Petra for sunset. Then back to the hotel for an amazing mixed grill on the roof by the pool. Next day sunrise at Petra, hotel arranged a packed breakfast for me, and then back to the hotel to relax at the roof top pool. Perfect way to explore Petra and stay at a lovely hotel. Great service and facilities. Loved it!

The location very close to the Petra visitor center, staff was very helpful and property was very good.

Nice and comfy facilities, front desk personnel is very kind, specially Ayun (I hope I remember his name correctly) made me feel as if I were at home, he advised me about all I need to have a great experience visiting Petra. I highly recommend this hotel

Manager and receptionist were very polite and kind. Chef was skillfull. They arranged us complimentary dinner on friday night. Breakfast was more than enough. There are fruits, cereals, hot meals, hummus and many things.

Breakfast almost made me feel guilty. Such an array of food. I never had stuffed pickled eggplant before, it was crazy good

The location and the view from the room are just WOOOOW! The view from there is truly beautiful, and the room has many windows and a balcony where you can enjoy the scenery. The hotel is only about 15 minutes walking from Petra’s Visitor Center and around 10 minutes from the town center — very convenient! They also recommend a local restaurant nearby, and you really should go — it’s excellent! Another lovely detail is that they prepare a breakfast box for you from 6 a.m. so you can take it with you to Petra, which is super thoughtful. Honestly, the price is amazing for everything they offer. Great value, great location, and great people! Highly recommended
