Clean rooms and exceptional front desk and restaurant service. My fridge was on the blink and a new one showed up immediately, carried by a petite lady who refused my help.

Nice hotel, they have a minibar you could just head down stair and grab the drink, pay when you check out. Very cool.

Poulo Wai Hotel has been my go-to place for a memorable stay in Phnom Penh. The breakfast is always delicious, offering a wide variety to start the day right. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the city, making it perfect for both business and leisure. What stands out the most is the friendly atmosphere; the staff are incredibly polite and attentive, always making me feel welcome. Honestly, everything is perfect. I haven't found any issues to complain about during my many stays here. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Phnom Penh!

The room I had was on the corner so it was very spacious. The room was renovated and updated with a modern touch. The bed was comfy.

Only one pot. No pan. Limited cutlery and dishes. Not a deal-killer. If I had asked for additional cutlery and dishes, I am confident that the hotel staff would have supplied them.

The pool is small but the area around the pool is special with great views of the city and lots of space (that is not taken up by the small pool). I would go up to the rooftop pool area several times a day and enjoy.

Management and staff were exceptional and friendly providing great service whenever I needed anything. They warned me about the l scams that were happening in the area. My phone wasn't working so the supervisor allowed me to use his phone to call home which I really appreciated! Very comfortable clean bed and room. Hotel provided free water top up in the foyer. They also provided free fresh fruit everyday for the guests! Excellent location within a short walking distance to the National Museum, Royal Palace and Central Market and Buddhist temples. Many great restaurants along the street as well as a great convenience store close by.
