Property is in a great location. Very close for me to handle the business I needed to. Very well, maintain hotel. The bed was very comfortable, and the staff was outstanding.

such wonderful people. So friendly and all smiles. the room is very new and spacious with a cute balcony. and very cool rooftop bar. very close to walk to the night market. had a massage at the spas and it was amazing.

The room was really nice and clean. The staff are very supportive and friendly. Close to the Phnom Penh night market & the river bank so it is great to walk around and explore. The hotel have a small mini mart downstair which is very convenient.

X One Hotel is very well located. The rooms are part of an apartment complex, with access through the mini market at the entrance. I would especially like to highlight the kindness of the receptionist who welcomed us — a young man who spoke excellent English and kindly accompanied us to the room, making us feel truly welcome. The room is perfect for a stay in Phnom Penh: very clean, with modern furniture, a small fridge, and air conditioning. Ours also had a wonderful view of the river. Without a doubt, we will stay here again when we return to Phnom Penh.

Only one pot. No pan. Limited cutlery and dishes. Not a deal-killer. If I had asked for additional cutlery and dishes, I am confident that the hotel staff would have supplied them.

All are good, the staff is friendly. This hotel has a very nice river view. There are many shops and restaurants around. We could go to those places by walk.

Clean and comfortable, helpful and friendly staff, close to the big tourist entertainment area but far enough to avoid the noise.

The staff are very friendly and helpful , good location , close to all the activity on street 136 , the riverfront area , as well as the central market !

The pool is small but the area around the pool is special with great views of the city and lots of space (that is not taken up by the small pool). I would go up to the rooftop pool area several times a day and enjoy.
