We liked everything about this place. We loved our stay and our kids loved it too. The place was clean, the kids had many things to occupy them with. The service was better than the hotel. the breakfast was basic but it was fine for us (we are not big brekkie people). There was toast, fruit, eggs and ramyeon. The owner is so nice and he bent over backwards for us. he recommended itinerary, places to try and even arranged a vehicle to take us to Busan. I give this place 10 out of 10 and will stay again. if we go to Gyeongju next.

I was really looking forward to my stay at Ije Gyeongju, especially after good experiences at other Ije locations, but unfortunately, this one fell short. For the price, the quality was underwhelming. The food was repetitive and uninspired, and the cleaning service was subpar—our room was left messy even after service. The swimming pool is oddly placed right at the entrance next to the road, which didn’t feel relaxing or private. The building and room itself felt outdated, with malfunctioning drawers and broken corners on the walls—these issues really need attention. Overall, the experience lacked the sense of luxury and quality that should come at this price point. The location is great, and the staff were kind and helpful, but sadly, that wasn’t enough to make up for the overall lack of value. I stayed for two nights and wouldn’t recommend this property unless improvements are made.

Very kind in reception. Upgraded our room free. Very good location. Surrounded by cherry blossom trees. Very close to Bulguksa temple - easy access on foot. It was very comfortable stay.

Kolon Hotel is located next to Bulguksa Temple in Gyeongju and offers large rooms, outdoor swimming pools, and spacious lawns.

The location was amazing with such beautiful places to visit and whilst not in the main area of Gyeongju, had we not stayed here we would have missed so many opportunities to see the beautiful surrounds. The Breakfast whilst a simple one is exactly what we needed to start the day. The facility was amazing, very modern and well presented, the staff were really pleasant, and welcoming. The rooms were large and very clean, with comfortable bedding. I would not hesitate to book again when planning visit to Gyeongju
