The staff were so helpful, they helped me organize transportation each day, recommended locations, gave me complimentary espresso anytime. The rooms were very clean and quiet, vey nice.

The location is great if you have the flight from ICN the next day.

The room is spacious and amenity is superb. They have a shuttle service to and from the airport so it’s convenient. Special thank you to the reception who checked us in (thank you, Owen!). He was able checked us in early. And provided us the extra bed we requested, despite limited availability.

Well located , super convenient. Arrived late , missed hotel bus and managed conveniently took airport bus to this hotel, 5 mins walk . Got conveniently store within the hotel . Breakfast included .

The owner of this hotel is very friendly and supportive. Every time I need to stay nearby airport, I choose this hotel.

Location was just very close to the Incheon airport. We didn't have the breakfast. Staff helped to get a taxi booked. I checked in at night. Self-Check-in on Kiosk was available. The room was spacious than many hotels of this range in Seoul.

location are so great, the view from our room are amazing, nice sunset and flowers view. the staff were helpful in helping us to get the taxi as early 3am. will recommend to all for wanted to relax near airport.

So convenient when you have a lengthy layover. The ability to have a good sleep between two long flights was great. Also waking up and going straight to the gate was wonderful.

One of the staff helped me with a big problem. I needed to make an important phone call, but I was unable, because I was in a foreign country and my cell-phone plan didn't include calls made from South Korea. One of your staff lent me his phone, so I could make the important phone call. I would like to thank this person again for helping me out. Please appreciate this person's kindness. The location is excellent and also the price.

It includes free shuttle bus from and to the airport. The drivers are really nice, especially the driver who sent me to the airport on August 13. I was rainy heavily and there were many guests. The driver helped me to carry our heavy luggages in the rain. It was really appreciated. Although I didn't know his name, but a big Thank you to him.
