From the moment I walked into the opulent lobby, I was treated with the utmost professionalism and care by the staff. Expecially Ms Taylor greeting us with warm heart. The room itself was immaculate—modern, yet cozy, with a luxurious bed that provided an excellent night's sleep. Amenities like the in-room espresso machine and high-speed Wi-Fi made my stay even more enjoyable. The highlight of the trip was the hotel's rooftop restaurant, which offers breathtaking views of the city along with a culinary experience to match. The complimentary breakfast was an array of fresh fruits, pastries, and made-to-order items that set the tone for a delightful day ahead. All in all, the Novotel surpassed my expectations in every way and has set a new standard for hospitality. We went to Dormy Inn as we got kind of used to Dormy Inn on our trip through Japan the previous year and were not disappointed and felt home away from home right from the beginning with the friendly staff, relaxing baths and rich and tasty breakfast.

This hotel is quite unique in it's style and design. Our room had a bath tub in the floor and everything worked as it should. The staff was always helpful. The breakfast was really nice. There is one woman who would cook for us each morning and she was very kind and helpful.

Love the design of the room. The lights, the location. My room was always cleaned, even though I sometimes left the room quite late. There was one older male staff working at lobby/ reception who was always super welcoming and smiled.

This hotel was such a great find and exceeded my expectations! The location is unbeatable—steps from the metro and with a convenience store right at the entrance. When I arrived earlier than check-in time, the staff offered to hold my luggage, which was already very kind. They then surprised me by letting me check in early, which I really appreciated and thought was so sweet of them. The room itself was clean and exactly like the pictures. The bed was extremely comfortable—I slept so well! Dare I say the best place I’ve slept in so far while traveling in Korea. Everything about the stay went smoothly, and I felt relaxed and taken care of the entire time. I truly loved my stay here and wouldn’t hesitate to book again. This hotel has officially become my go-to, and I plan on staying here every time I return.
