I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The property was super clean and quiet, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The room was spacious, well-furnished, and extremely comfortable. What truly made the stay exceptional was the staff. Every team member I interacted with went above and beyond to ensure I was well taken care of. They were genuinely helpful, attentive, and made me feel welcomed throughout my stay. It’s rare to find such consistent and sincere service from every staff member. Highly recommended – I would definitely return!

The staff was very kind and helpful. There is an attached convenience store and a WowPass machine in the lobby which made everything convenient and easy.

All went well. Received a sudden invitation to a meeting in DDP and rush to hotel where asked if was possible a paid early check-in. The hotel provided it for free. Used coin laundry and microwave at 4th . The Gym is small but enough.

The room was spacious, and the bed was really comfortable. I loved the bathtub as I wanted to just relax over the New Years. One exceptional thing is the breakfast! It was delicious!

I had a wonderful stay at Shilla Stay Guro! The room was amazing, with great facilities. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the breakfast was tasty with a good variety. The location was also convenient and well connected. Would definitely stay here again!!

Every thing. It is my maybe 12 stays in the same hotel. Keeping the same level of cleanliness, welcome and support.food is perfect.

The location was great and the facilities were amazing! It was a self check-in system which was easy to use and all in English too. The building was secure and it had everything we needed. The instructions for everything were clear and the heating/AC worked perfectly! The bath was so relaxing and the room was very clean! We had a really nice and relaxing stay! Would recommend!

The hotel is located nearby the subway and the connection with the city centre or airport was fairly good. I had a problem with self check-in but the staff was available despite it was very late and they helped us very quickly. The room was specious, clean with all facilities you might need during holidays.

i like that the staff are accomodating especially this young tall guy who helped us with our sim card problem, he really did the best he could, he even google translate his explanation on why the sim card is not working, and the best part is that the whole google translate is very respectful, very professional.

It’s so comfortable and Strategically located near the shopping areas. I you are on a budget? This will be perfect for you. Plus the owner is so responsive.
