The front desk people were informative and nice. I also loved how the convenience store was connected.

Great location, great service, friendly staff.

The room was absolutely beautiful with a city view. The bathroom was pristine, and the bed was super comfy. It was within a 10-minute walk to a subway station.

Room was clean and comfortable. Excellent location with night markets, general market and great restaurants nearby. It was my 2nd stay this yea!

The residence was big, comfortable and quiet. The staff was helpful and friendly. It was very clean.

Near Dongdaemun station. Near airport bus stop that goes to ICN airport. Staff are very friendly. And so many convenience stores around the hotel. Always my go to place to book when I'm in Seoul.

Great value hotel close to food street and other essentials.

Everything, the location is 12 Minutes away from main sightseeing and 300mt from Subway very convenient. Is more a local neighborhood which I love and the property is so comfortable. The mattress awesome. Toiletries and blow dryer also. Staff super friendly and godd communication. I'll stay again.

Great location close to the subway station and to a lot of varied restaurants, cafés, bakeries and fruit stands! The host was super responsive and very kind.

The hotel location is good. The rooms are very small. There was no cleaning during our 3 day stay. reception staff none knows English. There is no breakfast. Not worth.

I enjoyed the closeness to the subway. I also attended a few concerts at Jangchung arena and the hotel was only a short 15 minute walk from the venue!

Its a new building (or maybe newly renovated), so its modern and clean. The communal spaces are very nice. Very close to public transporation (bus stops less than a minute walk, and 5 min walk to the subway). Convenient as well since there is a luggage room if you arrived before check in time. All of the check in & check out was done through a QR code so there was no hassle. All in all a very nice experience.

Overall, I think this accommodation is quite good. While the space isn’t particularly large, it is still well-equipped. It’s more than sufficient for a solo traveler or a couple. I especially want to highlight the staff—the service was outstanding. They were very friendly and incredibly helpful in responding to many questions. It’s definitely five-star service.

Nice place. Great location. The free water, ice and coffee and cereal and toast was a nice touch.

Clean, friendly stuff, good location

Unfortunately, the hotel was overbooked but it was fixed immediately. We did a last minute booking and got an email notification of the issue about 1 hour after booking. LAHA was able to arrange for us to stay at a nearby boutique hotel. We absolutely loved it and wanted to extend our stay even. Really appreciated their quick problem solving, no stress at all.

I like everything. The bed is very comfortable and the room is clean. I especially like the location because it's very near in airport bus stop and exit 4 of metro subway. I don't have any problem with my stay.
