Room size is pretty decent. We are especially satisfied with the quality of the bedding.

I was immediately struck by the grandeur the moment I stepped into the lobby. The elegance and service were truly befitting of a five-star hotel, and everything exceeded my expectations. What impressed me the most, however, was the staff — their warmth and professionalism made my stay truly exceptional :)

the location is perfect, easy to roam around Gangnam and just 8 mins by bus ( around 2-3 stop) to Coex mall.

The room was massive. Super spacious, the amenities were excellent. The interior was very cozy. Location is really good, however it might be a little bit far from subway / metro. The service was great. Everyone was so accommodating.

First of all, I really like everybody work there.They're really nice to me... When I asked them to call the taxi for me, they call the taxi for me from their own phone... Plus breakfast buffet was wonderful.I really like it only $20. I really liked it And definitely you gotta try the spa, I went to female spa, scrub the body and massage.. Korean style body scrub was the best kind, Wonderful experience.

I always stay here when I visit Korea. Staff are quick to respond and provide prompt and professional service. The bed is super comfy, and the room stays clean. Tried out a different hotel for a day but ended up returning here.

Love the design of the room. The lights, the location. My room was always cleaned, even though I sometimes left the room quite late. There was one older male staff working at lobby/ reception who was always super welcoming and smiled.

There's a beer & wine store that's open 24h/7d, LOL! So you can come back after business meetings and just wind down by yourself.

We didnt take bfast at the hotel Location was great. Easy access to the neighboring districts.

Nice hotel and one of the few that accepts cats. It was a nice stay with my pet, even though pets are only allowed in double rooms so we had to book 2 rooms. Rooms are spacious and offer every comfort. Overall very satisfied

Hotel is very convenient, directly connected to Abgujeong station . Clean big room . Stuff was very friendly, especially the porter man ( I don’t remember his name but he is not Korean, maybe from Middle East or Kazakhstan? Sorry ). I stayed here 3 times, and he remembered me. He is exceptional.

I loved Cleanliness, amenities, location and communication. We had everything we needed to have comfortable stay. The staff replied quickly every time when I had questions and sent me detailed instructions how to get to the accommodation.

The hotel was in a perfect spot. The Coex mall was a 5 minute walk and the subway was right outside the hotel. Plenty of food options close, 10 out of 10 hotel.

We loved the friendly, helpful and always available staff. The rooms were clean, loads of clean towels and overall the hotel was quiet, we hardly heard any other guests.
