The experience was wonderful, an impressive variety of delicious food and exceptionally friendly staff. What truly made it unforgettable was how the team went out of their way to celebrate my twin daughter's 9 month milestone, even without me mentioning it, That thoughtful gesture meant so much to me, and i deeply appreciate it.

The location was amazing. The room was nice, and the bed was super comfortable.

The room at the highest floor with a view to Lotte Tower was magnificent.

I was very satisfied with the breakfast and had a hearty meal. The facilities were also extremely clean and comfortable, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The staff were all very kind and welcoming, so I was able to relax and rest well. Thank you

We had misplaced our phone in a taxi and the hotel staff helped us out to find it.

Comfortable stay. Room is spacious. Was able to sleep soundly. Staff are accommodating. Nearby train station and bus stop. Good view from the window can see the Lotte tower

As it was expensive for stay, breakfast was sacrificed. The staff is excellent and quick service was experienced. Mostly English speaking staff, so communication was easy.

Beautifully presented room that was a great size for a couple. Room was quiet at night. Able to borrow items from reception if necessary (we borrowed a steam iron). Great location with bus stops and 2 metro stops nearby. Free breakfast and other items at the rooftop bar area. We were really impressed with this hotel, and would stay again if we were back in the area.

Close to everything mainly train station and attractions!

Overall, I had a great experience with Signiel Seoul, staff were incredibly helpful! The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to enjoy Seoul sky view every day.

Interesting hotel to stay at. It had a VCR in the room (!), but other aspects were updated. It was probably a luxury hotel in its prime. Our room was HUGE and had both a tub and a shower.

The bath was nice, shower was good, and room was very quaint.

Very nice room and bathroom. Bathroom was bigger than I expected. The free amenities were of nice quality.

the room was well equipped with everything that a tourist need, even a big bath tub. The staff and the owner were extremely nice and helpful. The owner even personall drove my family to the conference because we couldnt book uber or taxi on rush hour.
