Beds were very comfortable. Also right outside the property there are so many places to shop and eat. It’s placed at a very convenient location in Hongdae.

Friendly and professional staff. Lot of shops nearby. The facility is clean and well organized and next to underground subway station

We loved the location, at the site there is a 7Eleven, Bus, Metro are really close. Lot's off places to eat, not so far from the famous Hongdae street. We enjoyed our stay, the staff is really friendly, the ones who clean are really kind and I like that. The gym area is also really good, there is the necessary

My stay although was short but very comfortable. I will like to stay there again during my next visit. The staffs are welcoming and pleasant, many of them could communicate in English fluently. Overall, I was satisfy.

The location is very convenient. The staff is very friendly and quick and took absolutely no time for checking in. The room was really clean and everything that I needed. It was there as well as complementary water and drinks. As it was a double room the room size was very nice. It wasn’t too big, but it wasn’t too small at the same time, the bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean. I will most definitely be visiting and staying here.

Great location. Well connected. Very clean and comfortable. Nice service at the reception. I really enjoyed the stay and would come again.only the name is misleading - it feels more like a hotel than hostel as there is not much interacting with other guests.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Privacy was provided when needed. Clean towels, trash pick up provided daily. Good WiFi! In suite refrigerator, microwave and washing machine were so convenient. I loved the restaurant and pastry shops in the lobby. Close to everything including buses and subway. I would definitely stay at Brown Suites again when in Seoul!!

I really enjoyed my stay at this property. The location was excellent and very convenient for getting around. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my stay. I would also like to especially mention the receptionist, Jin, who was incredibly kind and helpful. He went out of his way to assist me and made my stay even more pleasant. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. I would love to stay here again in the future.

The staff, especially Vicky, were very friendly and gave us personalized recommendations on places to visit. We enjoyed all the recommended restaurants! Location is very convenient, it is easy to get everywhere in Seoul via metro. Rooms were clean, satisfying our needs.

The room was decent. Hyejeong was excellent in communication over email and Kakaotalk. She accommodated to keep my luggage secured while I planned a short trip to another city after checking out. I totally recommend this place for anyone who travel to Sinchon!
