We've stayed at this hotel twice now during our time here in Sri Lanka and we've been very satisfied both times. The hotel presents a great value. The rooms are comfortable, the breakfast is delicious, and the view is fantastic. We've been particularly impressed with the service we've received from Menura, he's been the gentleman that has helped us at the front desk and has been very friendly and helpful. We will stay here again.

Very bad place full pf mold and they put fake pictures in booking.com i booked one room and when i reached they mentioned not available and they show me different rooms a very dirty one

The Location of the Hotel is exceptional if you're visiting for leisure/shopping. Popular shopping malls and restaurants/cafes are close by!

They allow us to check out at 2PM.

All the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was perfect for a solo traveler. Bathroom had hot water and was clean.

The team was good and courteous especially the front desk staff Stephen and the lady at restaurant Ms Dalsi was very friendly and helpful and was pleasant to be around for early morning before starting your hectic day.overall a pleasant experience and would come back soon to enjoy their hospitality .

The hotel was in a good location. The view from the room was as described in the advertisements of the hotel. The room was clean and nice. The services from the hotel was also satisfactory. I would recommend staying at their ocean view room.

Very amicable and accommodating staff. The location is lovely - right by the sea & with a great coffee shop literally across the street (perfect way to start the day or spend some time working on your laptop right beside your hotel). The rooms are clean & comfortable and the bathrooms are spacious with nice, hot showers.
