An exceptional hotel. Everything was perfect. The staff thank you Mr. Yousuf at the reception, you are a valuable asset for the hotel. The room was 7 stars. Breakfast was excellent.

The amenities and restaurant offering and room was fabulous

Good wifi, 13min walk to Colombo Fort Train Station (though not the most comfortable to walk, still recommend taxi, hotel will arrange it for you), close to excellent cafés and restaurants. Room & bathroom clean, very comfortable beds, air conditioning worked well. They stored our luggage after checkout without issue.

Location, super clean, super comfy beds. reception guys, they allow me to check out late, without charge.

Undoubtedly the best place to stay in Colombo! The location is perfect, very close to all the main attractions and the hotel is stunning with an amazing rooftop. The AC and hot water always worked and the room was very clean with a comfy bed. Thanks again to Dennis and Sunny for helping make my stay so great. Would absolutely recommend!!

Great hospitality overall. Breakfast buffet was good and plenty to choose from. Even amid immense rush we were attended with a lot of care especially from the staff member named Udari .

My family had a superb stay at Galle Face Hotel in Sri Lanka. The food was very good, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was excellent. Overall, they had a wonderful time and would happily recommend it.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable room, and a very convenient location. Pettah Railway Station and Pettah Bus Stand are very near, making travel easy. Good value for money.
