Location was perfect. Infront of gregory lake view. Easy to access the city and others area by tuktuk. Warm welcoming behaviour from staff. Food was amazing, they will serve both english and srilankan paratha chiken dal curry which is more than enough. Highly appreciate their hospitality. And for the information of muslim community, food is halal and staff are muslim. So enjoy your stay.

I understand that this is a man made lake.

I understand that this is a man made lake. A nice n easy stroll by the side of the lake with plenty of small shops at one side selling drinks n snacks. Different type of boat rides are offered to visitors to the lake or just take a leisurely stroll by the side, your choice.

If you get up early you can see the hills reflected in...

If you get up early you can see the hills reflected in glassy water - but after about 8.30am it all gets churned up by motor boats and jet skis racing up and down as Sri Lankan families enjoy their days out. You can walk around the lake but keep your initial entry ticket as you have to pass through repeat entrances and may get charged multiple times.

This apartment was absolutely wonderful! It was spotlessly clean, and the panoramic view over Nuwara Eliya town, the Hanthana mountain range, and Gregory Lake was breathtaking. We loved sitting on the balcony enjoying the scenery. The staff was incredibly helpful and made our stay even better. Highly recommend this place!

The view was amazing but the room was a little small for 4 people. Everything else was okay. Highly recommended if you want a very scenic view of the gregory lake and mountains but if your priority is a five star hotel, this isn’t for you.

Beautiful location and the view from the room was breathtaking. Service was really good. just a few minutes from Gregory Lake, making it easy to enjoy the scenic views, boat rides, and evening walks by the water. yet still close enough to the town center for convenience. The hotel itself is well-kept and has a cozy, homely atmosphere. Our room was clean, spacious, and offered a nice view of the lake. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was modern with hot water available at all times. We really enjoyed the stay !

We had an amazing stay at Country club hotel. It's close to Gregory Lake. The room was very clean. Sabesh was very kind & helpful and made exceptionally tasty breakfast. I would definitely recommend to stay here.

A special thanks should goes to the owner Dr. Subash, who was very kind & we had a very nice stay with a heavenly view. The staff was very kind & supportive. Food is delicious & Dr. Subash arranged a special breakfast as we requested. The hotel is by the Gregory Lake with the best view in Nuwara Eliya. Close to the city , Gregory Park & many tourist attractions. Worth for the rate & rooms are spacious & clean. Highly recomended & definitely we will come next time!☺️

Lovely little hotel with old world charm, and staff that take the best care of you. The view is lovely, location perfect, walking distance from the main market, and not too far from the main tourist attraction Gregory Lake. Raghu was so very helpful, noticing on the first day what foods we had more, or less of, and adjusting accordingly. Chamilla always checked if we needed anything. I would recommend this place.
