Service is top tier!!! Beautiful room. Location is very convenient, close to everything. Restaurant has a service I forgot existed. Food in the restaurant is beyond expectations, large variety and very delicious.

Our stay at BERDS Design Hotel was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The culinary experience was truly outstanding – every dish was delicious, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional, making us feel welcome and cared for throughout our stay. A special thank you to the lovely ladies at the hair salon who did an amazing job with my daughter’s hairstyle. They were kind, patient, and truly talented. We highly recommend BERDS Design Hotel and can’t wait to return!

Fantastic location, super clean, and very comfortable room/apartment. Breakfast was good. Lunch and dinner at the restaurant very good. Reception staff is very nice but a bit more training would be even better.

Comfortable rooms, great location to the University, abundant breakfast. And it has a very nice ambience. It was too cold to test the pool. And the staff was very kind and helpful.

Spacious very clean room, nice toilettries, gowns and other stuff. Everything was just perfect.

The hotel is in a great location within easy walking reach of the main attractions…Triumphal Arch, Cathedral and museums. The hotel is clean and modern with a restaurant on the top floor where breakfast is served. The breakfast menu is found in the room and the dishes were beautifully presented. The oddest feature was the clear glass wall of the bathroom, but fortunately there was a curtain which could be drawn for modesty!

Great location, just next to trolleybus stop - easy to arrive straight from the airport. Clean rooms, helpful and polite staff (helped us with storing our luggage for a few hours before our flight). Everything was great!

Very good room, corresponds to the price. We really liked to sit in the yard with the cup of tea, so chill and relaxing. The owner was friendly and nice.

A really great small hotel a 15 minute walk from the central avenue of the city. Friendly, helpful staff offering clean rooms with good linen and an excellent bathroom. We really liked the hotel and Chisinau itself, a great small city. The breakfast was very good and would defo stay again.

The room was clean, cozy, and spacious. The staff were polite and friendly. The location is excellent, right in the city center, within walking distance of museums, theaters, cafés, restaurants, and shopping centers. The room also has a kettle and a microwave, which is an added bonus for the stay. Next to the hotel entrance, there is a wonderful coffee shop with a great selection of coffee. Overall, I highly recommend it!
