Very clean and modern rooms, central location. All the staff speaks English. Very nice gym, not the usual small hotel gym. That is a full size gym!

In addition to the hotel’s breakfast for guests, on the first floor, there is a breakfast coffee house that opens as early as 6:00 a.m. They offer freshly made cakes, bread, and delicious coffee. It’s probably one of the earliest places to open in Ulaanbaatar. The hotel’s Chinese restaurant opens early, and you can enjoy very delicious Chinese food here

I loved my room. At first I thought it to small. But instead it turned out perfectly. I could not have been more satisfied. If back in Mongolia i'm definately coming back here! Reccomennd to everyone!

First of all the kindness of the personnel and Mongolian people in overall must be mentioned. The location is good, just 15-20 minutes walk to the very center, via a straight road. The room was clean and beds were comfortable with good mattresses. Breakfasts were delicious. The hotel organises airport transfers, our driver was very responsible and never made us wait.

The location was perfect. We only stayed for a night for our flight back but the service of the staff upon arrival and departure was the highlight of our stay. Comfortable room and bed. The concierge helped us on our taxi to the airport for our 3am schedule and even gave us take away breakfast. The real hospitality of Mongolians.❤️ Thank you very much sir.

Loved the stay. The staff were very nice, the room was lovely. I liked being in a walkable part of town. There’s not a lot of English spoken, but Google translate deals with that, and everyone was very kind and helpful. Also good location, for example the 20 min walk to the monastery with the giant Buddha is well worth it.

Very clean, and quiet, though it is an old hotel. In side is beautiful.

I like that the owner was very nice to let me cancel the rest of my stay when I asked through the booking.com messenger. She understood that I was not comfortable with the room and had to move to another hotel. I also liked the location. The room was also really warm.

I LOVED my stay at Novotol. Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. The hotel has many amenities including onsite restaurants, spa, indoor pool, sauna, airport transport, laundry and more.

Rooms are clean and nice. The staff is extremely helpful and will accommodate your travel needs. Location is great, right in the heart of Ulaanbaatar. Definitely will stay here again and will recommend to all!!

The City Tower Hotel is very central and convenient to see the city sights.
