The location was perfect. We only stayed for a night for our flight back but the service of the staff upon arrival and departure was the highlight of our stay. Comfortable room and bed. The concierge helped us on our taxi to the airport for our 3am schedule and even gave us take away breakfast. The real hospitality of Mongolians.❤️ Thank you very much sir.

The staff was very friendly and very very helpful from the moment of booking, responding to requests, assisting with taxi and other services in the city! The room was very comfortable, clean, the bed and all room facilities were great!

Stayed July 6-14 2024 ( 8 days ) -STAFFS 10/10: responsive, approachable, kind & helpful. They have airport to hotel transport service of which only costs 30 USD, which is very reasonable since airport is an hour away from the city. -LOCATION 9/10: Just 3 mins car ride or 11 mins walk to Seoul Plaza Party Club area & eatery stalls, 6 mins walk to supermarket & convenience stores, 5 mins car ride to Soyol Wellness Center. Hotel is along the road for easy access for taxi transportation. Downside is that their restaurant operates only during breakfast from 7am to 9am, I think it’s to keep the cost low for low room rates. Their loc has not much surrounding restaurants at night. Best to have dinner outside before going back to hotel. -COMFORT 10/10: super comfortable bed with comforter (thick blanket) & nice split type aircon. They have everything I need in a room: fridge, table, hangers, plug socket beside bed, table etc. The room is big & spacious. -CLEANLINESS 10/10: Everything is clean. They have daily room cleaning if you wish. -WIFI 7/10: wifi is strong at the breakfast area, hallway and at the shower / toilet near the door of my room. The bed is a bit inside (far from the door / hallway), that makes my wifi experience weak & intermittent when in bed. I guess it can improve if they’ll have a wifi booster. -VALUE FOR MONEY 9/10: worth it with nice breakfast.

Staff is excellent and breakfast buffet was beyond expectations!

This hotel was close to train station and stores and location was very convenient, I will recommend this hotel to travelers

The Wi-Fi is 100% ok, the cleanness is very good, the water heater was ok from the first days but on last 3 days it was not working much as i reported but nothing was done till i came back
