Neat and tidy and overall atmosphere inside the hotel is excellent, good quality of service and most of all, all the staff is polite and ready to assist us during our stay, specially all the frontliner… they surpass my expectation. I will gladly recommend caravel hotel to my friends.

The place is clean and accessible to all tourist spot, staff and restaurant was approachable and accomodating. Great thanks for the good food and assistance by Bella and Hubert in the hotel breeakfast buffet. And to the receptionist who assisted us in our stay.

We got room upgraded by booking.com. The mattress is comfortable. The room is cozy and clean. The location is awesome. The staffs are nice. Breakfast is included. It is value for money.

Location is in between ferry and historic center so quite walkable.
