Simple, unpretentious, large rooms and very good housekeeping. Location is fantastic. Water pressure is great. There's no breakfast but there's a great café right over the road, and restaurants everywhere. Overall I was really pleased with my choice to stay here.

Very walkable. Flat. No steep hills.

Very walkable. Flat. No steep hills. Architecture is fantastic. Great restaurants. Safe at night. Weekends with lots of people walking around checking out street entertainers, music, vendors and clean well maintained plazas.

This was excellent value and right in the centre of this lovely city. There is no formal hotel reception or hotel sign on the street so I had a little difficulty finding it. But thankfully the staff had whatsapped me earlier so I simply called them and a friendly lady came out onto the street and showed me the door. The issue for me was that I arrived around 11pm, after the main street door had been closed.

Nice new hostel in the old centre of Querétaro with all the right amenities! You can tell that this hostel is very new but the owner has thought of everything. Comfortable bed with plug and light and curtains. Great places to relax. Amazing rooftop terrace.

The hotel is in a good location, close to the main road into Queretero and not far from the centre. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The restaurant offered a variety of food and drink and were able to accomodate our group of 10 for dinner with no reservation. Breakfast here is clearly very good as the restaurant was full when we left - we didn't have time for breakfast.

The Property is very good , Prime Location , one can easily connect with historic centre, This hotel is accessible to all kind of amenities. Food was good but options were rare for vegetarian people like me. I must say its good place to stay.

Fabulous setting, right in the middle of the Historic centre. Quiet rooms set around a lovely plant-filled courtyard. Huge, comfortable beds, good shower with nice complimentary toiletries. Nespresso machine in room. Lovely staff who provided a simple but delicious breakfast on the courtyard. Water in taps was filtered so you could drink it rather than buying bottles. Added bonus was the small pool you could also use in the sister hotel round the corner. One of the most unique and loveliest places I've ever stayed!

Hotel is very close to centre of Queretaro. The hotel has its own free parking. Breakfast is mostly Mexican food, but there are pastries and jams. But they especially make egg omelets or sunny eggs.

Artful decorated small boutique hotel with only 6 rooms. Nice bathroom with rainhead shower. We had the room in this picture which had no window to the street. There was a frosted window to the corridor to let in natural light. There is a night club on the same street open Thurs to Saturday. It is very noisy, less so for our room without a window to the street. It's in a great location in the historic centre close to bars, restaurants, museums and boutiques.

El Serafin is a colonial building with heaps of charm. It's right in the centre of Queretaro so you can walk safely to the parks and many eateries, shops and coffees. There are local markets in the laneways only a minute or so walk from the hotel. I have stayed here before and returned. The rooms are big rooms with opening windows. Breakfast is brought to your room so you can eat in your room or on the patio outside your room. The staff are lovely. and go out of their way to help. I highly recommend this hotel.
