Perfect location for first-time travelers. Felt like a petit boutique hotel with excellent organic food and more than friendly service. Loved the breakfast!

The breakfast, restaurant 'hemel en aarde' where excellent. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. The room was convenient, clean, fresh and quite. We absolutely had a great time and would recommend the hotel to anyone.

Wonderful breakfast. Coffee available throughout the day in the lounge where one could wait prior to checkin. Great staff. Despite it being Kings Day with much noise outside, the room was quiet.

Interior of the hotel was fascinating. There is a big organ! Nice open spaces and kitchen. Staff helps everywhere. Espresso Martini. Late breakfast. Surroundings, especially the wild canal. The yellow cat.

Everything was more than wonderful ••• amazing hotel to stay with kids [ family ] and location is awesome because everything that you may need is extremely very close to you !

We loved staying in an old cellar next to the canal. We were in the best neighborhood, right by the tower and lots of restaurants and shops. Super-cute. The room had a small kitchenette so we could have tea in the morning. Very nice place.

Beautifully renovated Utrecht building. Wonderful location. Super comfortable and large room that worked really well as far as relaxing and storage of stuff. Great shower and hot water. Cafe bar restaurant with great mix of tunes from many decades. Staff very friendly and accommodating with our requests. Enjoyed the carillon bells from the nearby Dom tower. Excellent breakfast and good value for the large spread of food on personalized tray for two

BRASS HOTEL IS AN EXCELLENT CHOISE AT UTRECHT! VERY GOOD COMMUNICATION WITH LISA AND WE RECEIVED A EXCELLENT GUIDE FOR THE TOWN. OUR ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN AND THE SAME AND BETTER WITH THE PHOTOS THAT WE HAVE SEEN. THE PLACE IS SUPER. YOU ARE IN THE HEART OF UTRECHT!

The location is nice, rooms more spacious than predicted and had an excellent little space for me to do a bit of work. The staff at the front desk were brilliant and very welcoming and friendly.

This is my go to place when my dad visits Utrecht, it is comfortable, luxurious, and the people are great.

Lovely setting, beautiful room, comfortable bed

The property was in a very convenient location to the town centre and only a short walk. The breakfast was perfect and they offered containers for any leftover pastries and bread to take for lunch. The hotel was very concerned about recycling and energy consumption which was a nice thing. Instead of a small fridge in each room a large communal fridge was offered to use. Beds were comfortable and showers were hot and strong.

Our room was very spacious and clean. The bed was huge and comfortable. We appreciated the friendliness of the staff. Good location: calm area, close to many restaurants and approx. 25 min from central station by foot. Good aircon was also highly appreciated in the heat.
