Great service and beautiful room and view from the room. close to everything!

The room was lovely, clean and comfortable. The shower was wonderful as was the bath in general. The supplemental heat/ac unit worked well to keep the room comfortable. Overall, we were very pleased and would stay again.

I appreciated the suite location facing the river.

Excellent location close to the main shopping streets and Andre Rieu concert at Vrijthof Square. Digital keys for outside and room doors were a great bonus. Incredible staff, warm, friendly and happy staff. Good English and local tourist knowledge. Excellent breakfast menu. The attached restaurant serves drinks and good food all day. Desserts pies are delicious.

Amazing and beautiful hotel with great staff and services, beautiful rooms and superb a la carte breakfast in a Michelin guide's restaurant downstairs. Location is great, it is in walking distance both to the city center and the central train station, in a more peaceful area but still with some great restaurants and nice shops around.

A simplistic hotel perfect for a short term budget travel, good value for money. Very well located. Modern interior design. Clean quite rooms. Excellent internet. Cannot thank the stuff enough, they went out of their way to accommodate our requests.

A wonderful hotel at an unbeatable location, close to everything downtown. Historic spacious building, with elevator and two charming restaurants (breakfast/dinner). Friendly staff, with gave excellent service. I highly recommend this place!

Location was amazing - steps from anything you'd want to do in Maastricht. Host was super helpful, whether with site-seeing tips or storing luggage. Room was nice, clean and had plenty of space. Will definitely return when in the area.

The location was very central. Close to the Christmas market. The bathroom was nice and big. The beds were comfortable. They even left treats for the dog -she loved them.

I loved it, the location, the room, the breakfast, everything was perfect. The bed was huge, the welcome chocolate 🍫, the oysters were so pretty. I enjoyed the wonderful breakfast.

The interior design of the hotel was amazing! So aesthetic, so beautiful with all of its little details. Breakfast room was very fancy, staff was two very nice and attentive ladies. Breakfast was moderate but how it was served felt very fancy.

Lovely little place. My room was in one of the courtyard buildings—small and well appointed. The closest you could ever get a shower to a bed. Tea kettle and coffee machine. All comfortable. Be ready for narrow stairs. The walk from the train station is a bit long with luggage. I took the bus back—a 3 minute walk to the stop near the hotelwith about a 7 minute drive to the station—highly recommend both ways. You’ll need your bank card loaded on Apple or Google Wallet for public transport in the Netherlands. There’s a little HE grocery just opposite the bus stop near the hotel.
