Hotels near Cracow Gate, Lublin

I'm not sure there's a better location in Lublin! Smack in the middle of the beautiful old town. The room was spacious and beautifully appointed. The spa was a relaxing end to a wet, cold day. The staff were so helpful and went above and beyond - particularly Derek and Sebastian. I am so grateful to them and delighted that I chose Hotel Alter for my stay!

It was wonderful. Our stay was great but we actually misplaced my husband’s wallet the morning we were leaving. We searched the entire room with no luck. We left assuming he lost it elsewhere feeling distraught. The staff was aware but had not seen it. Later that same day we received an unexpected call from the staff saying they found the wallet wedged between the mattress and the wall. They not only found it but sent it to us. We received it with everything intact. They went above and beyond to get it to us. A glowing example of outstanding customer service! I would absolutely recommend!

Professional and friendly team

The quality and location of the hotel is excellent. The staff is amazing in their desire to help guests, especially if it's the lovely and special Emily. Excellent breakfast, in short recommended in all respects.

Hotel is located in the center of the city, everything could be reached by walking. It is just behind the main fontain. The staff, the room service just great. I am thinking when I will come there again :-)

Very good location, helpful and very king staff in the hotel.

Parking was underground and safe. Breakfast had a great selection of food. Restaurant was available til midnight and was excellent and reasonably priced. The staff was friendly and helpful. The map provided by the hotel was easy to follow and the information on the back side of it provided important details about the main sights to see in the historical center. We would stay here again. WiFi was excellent.

The location is on the outskirts of Lublin's city center so if you don't desire to be in the hotspot of the city center, you can stay here. The room was comfortable, however, for the size of the room and price, it is a lil on the pricy side. So it's suitable for a quick stay. The breakfast was incredible with so many selections...and the waffle...my gosh...so tasty! I really enjoyed my one-night stay!

There actually was no breakfast and no words mentioned by staff about a possible place to dine. In the room there is a folder with menus. I appreciated the parking in front of the hotel and I could see the car from my room on the 5th floor. There was an elevator. Soap and shampoo and ample towels were provided. There was no blow dryer. No tea setup. No slippers. But the room was clean and spacious considering that it was a single bed There was a sitting room adjoined with a sofa and table and chair. There was wifi and an outlet to charge my phone. It was hot with no fan so I opened the window but since this hotel is at a nice crossroads and near the hustle and bustle of so many things it was noisy and I kept being jolted awake by noise. It was definitely good value overall for the money. I really appreciated the last minute reservation being accepted too.

It’s not a luxury hotel, but it’s a very functional place for people travelling on budget. The staff are very helpful, my room was enormous and was very comfortable, the breakfast (for additional charge) was very nice and plentiful. I’ll definitely go back.
