Hotel is very modern looking. Room and other facilities where exceptionally clean. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a limited underground parking which cost around 19 EUR for 24h. meaning you can leave your car even if you already checked out. Location of hotel is very convenient, close to city centrum and shopping mall.

We were absolutely delighted with this hotel, it was superb! From the comfort, the decor, the breakfast, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. One of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in!

This hotel is the possibly most aligned with my needs and my taste of all the hotels I stayed in. It is beautiful, purposeful, comfortable, luxurious in an 'old Europe' way, with a perfect balance between modern and upbeat and eternal. The materials, colors and textures are all fabulous. I usually do not enjoy the artifificial room fragrance but here it smells like lilies in a wonderfully fresh way. My bed was comfy, my room spacious and beautiful but my bathroom was PARADISE. It is so light all in white marble, big, clean and pleasant. I literally did not want to leave my room or the hotel. The spa is opulent, the restaurant magnificent and the cafe is very chic. The location is peefect and the staff members are very kind. It is a jem. I'll gp back, no doubt.

Good location, good price for what hotel offers. The room was clean, bathroom also looked fine. Free parking is a very welcome addition. Hotel promises to have 2-star service and it really does. For that price it's a very good option and I would gladly stay there again.

Anna, Julia and Alex were amazing, very kind and professional, but the staff in general was incredible. Great location for public transport and to visit the different interesting spots in Lodz. Breakfast was delicious, and the bar is nice and quiet.

Amazing decor and space in the communal areas. Lovely rooms with high ceilings. Amazing pool, saunas and incredible breakfast. Great value for the standard of hotel.

Extremly large rooms and beds. High celling. Near famous Manufaktura, shoping center with restaurents.

Literally I was the first guest to walk into the hotel on the day of its official opening. The facilities are brand new and of standard. The staff are nice and the location is on point.

Clean, quiet, comfortable, nice location near center of city. Staff very helpful and let me checkin earlier since the room was ready. Breakfast was great, and I also like the kettle in the room for boiling water.

Excellent and welcoming staff , The person on the counter was very humble and respectful , Super customer service , mid and very close to some on the great restaurants and shopping area.

Excellent hotel, room, breakfast and staff. Opposite the hotel is a shopping center for shopping. Everything is within walking distance, the center, the train station and so on. I especially want to note the restaurant “Corczma u Chochola”. Very authentic and with wonderful, tasty and large dishes.

The bed is really comfortable:)

The location in super convenient. The staff is amazing. And perfect idea with sandwiches to-go at the breakfast.

One thing I liked the most is that during 4 night stay, I never heard any sound from other rooms. Breakfast was very good with plenty to choose from.
