With the exception of one female staff, everyone else was outstanding.

The hotel, in general, is amazing! The facilities, rooms, staff, and breakfast, all was extraordinary!

It was in the very center of town- it was a beautiful, eclectic hotel with a wonderful room, excellent staff, delicious food, superior toiletries, and had a relaxed, yet sophisticated feel.

Food was amazing. Jose is a lovely man. I was very comfortable and he made you feel at home at his place.

Calm and classy atmosphere, in the heart of the town and close to the river. Check-in was done by message and worked perfectly. Friendly welcome the next morning by Lilian. Great selection for breakfast.

This is a great 3 star hotel in a small town. We could walk to the national train museum - our main reason for going. Modern, clean, comfortable, okay breakfast, great heating and cooling. For us traveling with 2 small kids the open area (paved) was really convenient and useful (on cool May days).

Stay here regularly. Breakfast good as always. Staff very obliging. Nothing is too much trouble.

It's a bit far from the city if you don't have a car it won't be convenient

I highly recommend this hotel just for the simple fact that not only they take care of you going above and beyond by giving you breakfast outside the designed hours and knocking on your door with a welcome gift and giving directions to must visit points but also by their excellent customer service and home like atmosphere that makes you want to stay. Thank you Anna for the friendly conversations and for treating customers with care and respect. And something you said still in my mind you said “I want everyone that come to my hotel to leave satisfied and not hungry” that is care, thank you again when we will be back to Portugal we will come back to this hometel!
