The location was excellent- centrally located.

We celebrated my wife's birthday and it was everything we hoped for! The service and hospitality were on point and very kind! We definitely want to return to this hotel next time we visit Lisbon.

Room was large, bed was more than double in size and very very comfortable. There is a small wardrobe, desk, mirror, a table with an a-m-a-z-i-n-g view to enjoy coffee/tee. The cleaning staff were doing fantastic job, room was spotless every day, bravo! Honestly, one of the best hotels we have been to for exactly the right price. The reception and breakfast staff were simply doing a great job, bravo to all. Informative, helpful, patient, we appreciate you all. The hotel is right next to metro and bus stops, and next to hop-on/off buses. Really, the location and convenience to move around from this hotel was a gem: not in the center with all the touristic craziness and just right at edge of center to feel the city vibes. Breakfast was great value, very tasty and with lots of variety. Overall, it was the best stay we had in recent years.

Everything that a proper 4 star hotel in the city center should have, but the quality comes at a pretty steep price for my middle class-ness. Although it was well compensated by meeting famous Russian fashion historian Alexander Vasilyev during the breakfast 😅

We particularly appreciated the central location of the hotel, which allowed us to reach the main attractions of Lisbon either on foot or with very convenient metro and bus connections. The staff was always kind, professional, and attentive to every request, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout our stay. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the essentials for a pleasant stay, including efficient air conditioning and a quiet environment despite being in the city center. Breakfast was abundant, varied, and freshly prepared, with both sweet and savory options, giving us the perfect start to each day of exploring Lisbon.

The location is perfect. Right above the metro station and close to the city center. We loved the room, it was very clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows were good. Staff is super friendly. Would definitely come back here!
