Breakfast - perfect and the right selections available Room - On the first stay a little tight and on the second stay we were upgraded to a larger (a very pleasant surprise) Location - excellent and walking distance to many attractions.

Location great, the city is super, staff are perfect, facilities new, we will stay here next time in the city which will be soon.

Every other day they would leave us some treats in the room, like custard pies or macarons. It was very kind and thoughtful.

The location is great! In the center of Lisbon, 2 minutes from ZARA ;) The staff was very friendly and helpful! We were with a 6 month old baby and our flight was at night and they let us a late Check out with no extra charge. The room was clean, a bit small but that was fine for us. The hotel have a nice patio and the restaurant was great!

Staff were wonderful, kind and helpful. The hotel is gorgeous and the rooms were even better than expected. Loved the gift of a bottle of wine, water and pastel de nata in our rooms. What a wonderful touch. The restaurant too was great!

Welcoming and all info provided on the first day. Plus my flight was cancelled but did already paid for that night, came back early morning at around 2am. Struggle a bit to convince him to stay for that night. But at the end got my room which i was. Which i am grateful.

Excellent communication by the staff before our stay to deal with our changes and special requests. Apartment had 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms which was perfect for us travelling with 3 teenagers. Very spacious lounge area. Location very handy for walking or getting underground into shops and restaurants. We usually stay in an Ibis and this was far better. Highly recommended.

I loved this hotel. Our room had vaulted ceilings, a lovely window with shutters. The shower was big with rainfall shower head. The staircase was beautiful. The breakfast room was large, breakfast was ample. The staff were friendly and helpful. This hotel was located close to Rossio Square. One street back, quiet location. Great for tour meeting places, 5-10 minute walk. Train station and Metro close by. Honestly the perfect location.

Central location, comfortable and clean room, and amazing staff. Kudos to Manuel, who is a very kind young man. He offered us a free tour organized by the hotel and led by Leonor, who was amazing. It was an excellent start to our Portuguese journey — with some history, important places in the downtown, and everything explained and shown with passion and by heart.

We loved this hotel. The location is super convenient - most of the tourist attractions in Lisbon can easily be reached by foot and if you need to use public transport, the Rossio train station, two different metro stations, and some bus stops are 2-3 mins away from the hotel. Our room was super spacious, clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. You can see how much thought and care have been put into the design of the hotel. The street the hotel's on is packed with restaurants and bars (one of the popular bars is right next door) and still, there was no issue with noise so if you're a light sleeper, you don't need to worry. (Disclaimer: our room was at the back of the hotel, so that may have helped with the complete lack of noise). The hotel staff was super sweet, too. If you don't like climbing stairs, there's an elevator for you. There are bathrobes, loads of towels, slippers, a hair dryer, a make-up mirror, soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, a very well-equipped kitchen, coffee capsules for free, an iron and ironing board, a good internet connection, a lot of power sockets, a balcony, blackout curtains, nice TV with channels in different languages, even books... There wasn't even one thing that we didn't like about our room. :)

Excellent stay! My room was spacious, spotless, and very quiet. I appreciated having both a coffee machine and a kettle in the room. The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job every day. Although I only had breakfast once, it was outstanding, with a wide selection of fresh fruits, vegetables, cold cuts, and delicious pastries. What really made the difference was the staff—everyone was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. I was staying for business this time, but I will definitely choose this hotel again when I return for a private trip. Highly recommended!
