Clean, nice staff, comfortable beds, nice and clean bathrooms, noise free rooms for a good rest

Affordable and lovely ambience. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Some spoke English (our Spanish was very poor). We were in Asuncion for family reasons. Coming back to the hotel every day provided us with much needed respite. A more pleasant ambience than a big city hotel. The conservatory style restaurant with green outlook cleverly screened us from the busy road. We ate at the restaurant every night and didn't tire of the varied range of dishes on the menu. The breakfast had a good range. Not a lot of hot options but that was not a concern for us. Plenty of fruit and cereals, grains and nuts, yogurt etc A choice of four fresh juices and pastries. Breakfast was very relaxed. I enjoyed a swim in the pool. There is a large supermarket opposite, up the road a bit. And further on is the shopping centre Mariscal behind the Villa Mora shopping mall which has coffee/eateries. We used Bolt rather than Uber to get around. They came promptly although not always a driver available. Better vehicles than the taxis. Very affordable (for foreigners).

Good location and great staff

I loved the food, the Pool, the garden space, and the staff was great. We stayed in the Turmaline room, which was great. The main building is beautiful and a great place to have breakfast!

Great boutique hotel, lots of arts on the walls, super friendly staff, great WIFI and good places to do some work when traveling. Quite centrally located.

A little piece of heaven away from the hustle and bustle of the downtown core. It was in easy walking distance to several restaurants and shopping in Villa Morra. It was in a quiet neighborhood so there was no street noise to disrupt your sleep. The rooms are lovely but the best part was being able to escape the heat and humidity in their pool. Swinging in the hammocks on the outside patio was the perfect place to relax. The staff were attentive and helpful. They organized a private tour of Asuncion with a local guide which we would highly recommend. We also used their laundry service and this was reasonably priced. We highly recommend this lovely boutique hotel.

The location and overall service was excellent. The breakfast was great. The room service lunch and the sky bar food, drinks and service was also excellent. Both the cleaning staff and the service staff who provide the food and drinks on the 7th floor were a pleasure to interact with. They were very friendly, responsive, and professional which resulted in us extending our stay.

This is a small family run hotel. The owners were so kind and loving to us during our stay. They made us breakfast every morning and helped with anything we needed. The staff were very nice and friendly, We felt like family.

Nice and clean. The shower water is hot and great pressure. Bed is a bit harder compare to soft European bed.

Location is very good, breakfast and service are excellent. Overall its a five star stay.
