Modern and clean the room is big and nice

The staff are very considerate and accomodating, especially the one in the reception. They allow me to check-in early at 08:30am instead of 02:00 pm without asking anything. Words are not enough to show my appreciation since I really wanted to take rest from my long stay at the airport. They will let you see the room first if you like it or not. The room and toilet are clean and big enough for a solo traveller, and is complete with all the things you need and everything is working properly. Restaurant staff are also kind and respectful. All thumbs up👍👍👍

The staff were so kind and helpful. The place was not expensive but I found it better than a 5* hotel. I will visit again if I return to Jeddah. I would highly recommend this place.

Everything is great about the property

I like the location, near the train station. The room was pretty nice and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The saudi guys in reception were so cooperative. They helped us with our check in and made it easy. They tried to meet our requests for the bedroom types and rooms location. we made our booking on the same day and the price was decent for two rooms for two nights. I will definitely repeat the visit

Welcoming receptionist and staff

Lovely stay with my wife on transit from Umrah to Kenya. The bed was super comfy and clean. Bathroom were neat and clean. Provided hot water kettle and black coffee.

I liked the way the receptionist, Musawa Mubarak, handled things; he was always striving to achieve customer satisfaction.

The rooms were very spacious and good condition. The staffs were very polite and helpful abd we had good hospitality during our stay in jeddah. Love to visit again ..
