The location is perfect, 6 mins walking to women’s gates and alRawdha gate number 32 which opens daily after fajer and Esha’a prayers, the staff are helpful, friendly and professional. I would rate my stay 10/10

The facilities, cleanliness and location

Location is very nice, really near to masjid. Breakfast and staff are really friendly and professional. Rooms are nice, but design will be good for 2010s. In bath - shower cabin is really needed, because water is everywhere

Everything was amazing, hotel is spotless and shiny, a stone’s throw from the masjid an nabawi.

The hotel was very modern, neat and clean. The staff was very polite and respectful. The rooms decore was was very good. The location was awesome as it was very close to Haram.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. The housekeeping supervisor, The entire team truly made our experience exceptional. Our rooms was cleaned with great care and attention to detail, and they consistently went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Highly recommended. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The property was clean and well maintained. The issue was the elevator as there werent many and lots of people using it. But over all the property was good. The room cleaners were amazing.

I liked about this place is mainly the location , where it is very near to Masjid Al-Nabavi. The room was clean and neatly arranged. The room has best view to the masjid. There are small grocery shops and restaurants near the hotel. These also very convenient to the people who are staying in this hotel.

Over all good experience except locker issue

The location is excellent, very convenient. However, the room was quite small and unfortunately not clean at all.

I like place near for all like al haram also albaik ..also all staff is good .

Everything was amazing — starting from the location, reception, cleanliness, and staff attitude. Above all, I received an upgrade from a standard room to a suite. All the necessities were available inside the room, and the surroundings were truly excellent.
