The staff at the hotel were very friendly.

The location is prime and very close to the service areas and nearby attractions. The room was clean and well‑maintained.

Very clean rooms and courteous staff. Right from the receptionist, Abdulrahman to the small kitchen staff did their best to make our stay comfortable.

It’s clean , but missing a stove to bake

The room was spacious, clean, the staff are wonderful and helpful. The location is great. limited underground parking available. Early accessible on major road with close proximity to many shopping.

We had interconnecting rooms. The rooms were clean. Toiletries were provided. Breakfast was served in the room (we had paid for it). The staff in the hotel and at the reception was very courteous and helpful. The hotel is also accessible by wheelchair.

I admire the rosewood manager hospitality, generosity when found out Booking are charging very high amount of money compare to the rooms size.
