Shangri-la Jeddah in one of my favorite hotel in the region, I used the meeting rooms for work but this weekend was the first time I stayed in the hotel. I really loved it! Location is great, the property is stunning but the staff makes it very special from Ahmad from front desk to the housekeeping team, the waiters from the ocean front restaurant. everyone really enjoy your presence and give undivided attention.

The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. The location is very central with relatively close proximity to the airport, as well as of course being within the shopping mall.

The location of the hotel was exceptional, and one of the main things that made the trip much comfortable was having budget car rental office inside the hotel

The breakfast was fantastic and very diverse. The location was exquisite. The Butler service was an experience. I got an upgrade to a honeymoon package with no extra charge.

Everything about it was extraordinary like nothing before the safety the facilities the location the care from the workers they always had a smile on their face and made us feel extra welcomed they all deserve the best every single one of them.

Lady at the reception in the morning was very professionable, approachable, informative, helpful, friendly and accomodating. Other staff were also very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean, new and good size.
