The hotel staff are very friendly and the place is very comfortable, room is very cozy and clean. The room includes all what you need in your stay, from cleanliness to the toothbrush & paste. It was worthy, and if I have to stay again in Jeddah I will be in the same property. Thank you.

It was a last-minute booking and it was a very good one - the hotel was very clean, the room was spacious, internet worked fine, staff was nice, it was not noisy. Location was for my needs perfect - not far from Al Balad (15 min walk), which was appreciated given the horrible traffic jams in Jeddah. 1 block from large Lulu hypermarket, 3 min walk from many mini-restaurants, so all in all a nice stay, which I would not hesitate to repeat.

Lovely stay with my wife on transit from Umrah to Kenya. The bed was super comfy and clean. Bathroom were neat and clean. Provided hot water kettle and black coffee.

I've stayed at several hotels in this area, and this is the best of them by a clear margin — though for unglamorous reasons. Its strengths are operational rather than cosmetic: it's simply run better than its neighbors. The location is excellent. But what actually separated it from the nearby alternatives was execution. The rooms are noticeably quieter, the wifi was fast and reliable for the whole stay, and the staff were quick and genuinely capable. When I asked for a late check-out they sorted it without fuss.

The rooms are not clean. There aren’t any cleaning stuff although I asked to bring me. The telephone is not working. It was the worst experience ever.
