I feel like my home and it’s been almost 18 months since started staying here, very friendly and welcoming staff at both Reception

The place is so comfy and the location which is near in our new office.

The property is just off of main Madinah Street which makes the access to Sari, Tahliah and King Abdulaziz road an ease. It is also 10-15 mins (max) from the airport and from Mall of Arabia. The rooms are spacious and the amenities in the rooms were top notch. The buffet breakfast was fantabulous providing you both Arabic and English options to choose from. We had to change the itinerary due to unforeseen flight delays and the duty manager was not only responsive via Booking.com messaging but also graciously accepted our itinerary change request without any penalties. Overall, I will highly recommend this place for families as well as to solo travellers.

Very large rooms which made longer stays very easy

We had a great welcoming and very warm and sincere approach at the check-in , excellent first impression. The interior design of the hotel is very calming and relaxing , the choice of colors is impeccable, the cleanliness of the hotel is perfect and all the amenities, the breakfast was amazing and the choice of food varieties is perfect and everything was super fresh and the supervising team were very helpful.

Prime location next to jeddah park mall, facility is perfect & clean. Staff are amazing specially the lady in the reception (Aziza) she always helpful & cheerful & did a lot of extra mile to us.

I spent one night at the Assila Hotel, and it exceeded all my expectations. The welcome I received during my stay was one of the best experiences in my twenty years of traveling around the world. The reception staff was always attentive to my needs, and the facilities were excellent. The sauna, located on the 18th floor, was particularly spacious and offered a magnificent view, which I greatly appreciated. The tour of Al-Balad with the hotel staffs Abdullah Barabbaa, Adel Khalil, and Sereen Alamoudi was a great surprise; I learned a lot about the culture and heritage. I thank all the hotel staff.
