So good to see Esh again at the front desk. She got everything ready when I arrived and if’s so good to return! The room is comfortable and well maintained, thanks to the housekeeping team: Jennifer, Alinish, her colleagues servicing the 5th floor are hardworking and pleasant. To round it off, the check out with Ryan’s help was a breeze. This is my ‘go-to’ as a good place to rest after a long flight. Thank you, Ibis Singapore Novena. Such a great location to all the good food too!

As a bird watcher, I wanted to be walking distance to the botanical garden.

Location - very good Breakfast - excellent

Location is perfect. Right below the hotel is the MRT & food court. It is attached to a mall via underground, which makes it ideal to not walk in the heat or rain in Singapore.

Clean, comfortable, friendly and helpful staff. Great amenities. Pools are beautiful.

Just by the hawker center and bus stop. Rooms are a little bit tiny for 2 pax but it makes sense with the affordable price. Highly recommended for solo traveler who wants to use public transportation.

We love the room service everyday. Clean bed everyday. I always had a nice sleep. Very comfy bed. Really big room. Very spacious. Very comfortable.

Everything, as a budget hotel they make sure to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. Really enjoyed the stay 🙂

Great location, few minutes walking to bus station, to MRT station (Stevens). This is a very ecofriendly hotel where you can refill your bottles instead of buying plastic bottles. They also don’t use plastic bag in the trash bin but empty them daily. On the ground floor, there is also a convenient store where you can buy snack, noodles, drinks or any essentials. Their staffs are incredibly helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this hotel!

Nice and clean and everything is new. Wonderful pool area in quiet location. Spacious and well functioning 2 bedroom apartment.

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel during our trip to Singapore. The manager was very helpful and accommodating. He granted all our requests and assisted us with every query. The location is also very convenient; the bus stop is right in front of the hotel, making it easy to get around the city. There are several nearby food centers and markets, so finding meals and essentials was never a problem. Overall, it’s a great place to stay for comfort and accessibility.
