Beware of the ferry staff telling you to purchase tickets...

Beware of the ferry staff telling you to purchase tickets for the taxi...you will pay more. When you arrive there are so many taxis that you can easily negotiate a bargain. And it's really close to the old town.

Eat N Sleep is an oasis in Phuket Town. For a 2-star motel, I consider it a 10 out of 10. There are plenty of restaurants and markets within walking distance. It's about an hour from the Phuket International Airport and only about 22 minutes from Rassada Pier. We stayed here for 2 nights after flying into the airport, but before leaving for Phi Phi Island. Great deal for the price. Friendly staff. Beautiful plants.

Location is close to Rassada pier, it took about 10 minutes by Grab. It was clean. The owner was nice, she couldn't come but sent someone to check me in the to the room in the evening. I ordered breakfast for a small amount and it was good. There was toilet paper and water in room

We booked 2 separate beds because in the website there were no king beds available and they accommodated us in one upon arrival. The room was very clean. The location perfect if you want to stay in old town and close to the Rassada Pier. The hospitality of the staff was incredible since they offered breakfast not only the night we were staying but also the previous morning when we arrived. The price-quality is very worth it.

Convenient location, walking distance to Old Town but away from the noise. 10 mins from Rassada pier by car. Rooms clean and comfortable, good size. Gym extremely well equipped both in terms of free weights and machines. Spa is a must visit, slightly more expensive than street, but royal treatment that goes the extra mile well worth it.

Great location in the old town of Phuket. 5 min walk from the nicest streets of Old Phuket and 10 min drive from the Rassada Pier where we took the boat to Krabi (alternatively you take there the boat to Phi Phi). The rooms are small, but bed was super comfortable and we could have a peaceful sleep. This is a good accommodation for a quick stop in Phuket.
