Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Izmir It was the best hotel — the accommodation and cleanliness deserve a 10*. The staff, starting from the reception, were very professional. Over the past 10 years, I consider it the best hotel I have ever visited. I will definitely come back to this hotel soon.

Everything but especially the hospitality. My phone was stolen at a nearby drugstore on Wednesday, September 13th. The store security camera saw who took it off the counter, and one of the workers went with me to the police station to file a report. But the police wouldn't take a report saying that since it wasn't a Turkish phone, they couldn't track it. But the hotel manager, Fuat, went back with me to the station and helped me file the report. I got back to my room at 9:15 and at 12:05 AM, the police called Fuat and told him they had picked up the guy who stole my phone. Fuat had already left for the day but came all the way back to return with me to the station to retrieve my phone. He went above and beyond what a hotel manager had to do. His actions in helping to recover my phone relieved a lot of stress and anxiety and made the remaining days of my vacation more enjoyable. Thanks again Fuat.

Property is nice close to centre breakfast is okey staff are cooperative

An excellent hotel. A great value for the money. All facilities are available. The breakfast was good too.. and also i wanma thank the lady on reception "mehtap" and all the staff , they are really nice.

The staff was very attentive, friendly and helpful. The room was good and clean. Kulturpark and Konak Bazaar are within walking distance. The Izban and other public transportation are also nearby. In the area are also some places with traditional Turkish food. I can recommend this hotel.

Hotel is located in proximity to the piers and other attractions. Friendly staff who extended beyond their jobs to make me and my family comfortable. I needed a charger and the staff let me borrow one pretty late into the night. They read through my requests at the time of booking and made sure I had extra comforters. They let me park right in-front of the hotel when I couldn’t figure out the parking. Overall my single night stay was a pleasant one. Breakfast was worth staying longer at the hotel.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. We checked in very late, and Mr.Enver and Mr Oğuz both very friendly and professional take care of us and Mrs. Merve, very friendly and helpful, and she made excellent verity of breakfast and breakfast called " Menemen."It was so delicious also chees omelet and other verity ,all perfect . Breakfast time was 8am to 10:30am and on last day we have to leave hotel 8am ,and she Made excellent breakfast for us early at 7am she is very kind and she did awesome job very professional. The room was spacious, and we also had a balcony with a nice city view. The staff at the hotel was nice and helpful. The breakfast was good and fresh. I also used their dry cleaning services, the price was very good and it was very quick as well. The location of the hotel is convenient as well: 5 min walk from metro and Basmane train station, 10 min walk from the bazaar.

Location was superb—walking distance to the metro and train station, and city center/ harbor was a 10 minute walk. The breakfast was a nice way to start the day.

Everything here is great and reasonably priced. The hotel staff are especially friendly and eager to help guests.

It was a spacious, bright, room. The, owner was genuinely friendly and helpful.

The staff was nice. I even got helps before I got there. Seyda helped me organizing the driver, Ali, to have the private trips to Ephesus and the rest of 7 churches (Pergamon, Thyatira, Philadelphia and Sardis). Ali, the recommended driver, could take you to authentic places to eat the local food. He was nice, generous (providing snacks on the way) and funny. Soner helped us to get a ride to the airport on the check out day. We were taken care well. We had a great time staying in the hotel. The room was spacious and clean. Ufuk, the owner, made sure we got all we needed. There were some bakeries around to get fresh breads for breakfast, drug stores and mini markets to get snacks. The hotel also provided free coffee, teas in their lounge.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean. They would change the sheets every day.

Rooms were spotlessly clean. The staff was really friendly and helpful. A special shout-out to our breakfast guy who made sure everything was well prepared. I really would recommend the hotel. It was a very pleasant stay.
