This is my favorite hotel in the area, great price and amazing location!

Beautiful modern hotel with excellent location close to mall, shops and eateries. Rooms are of very good size and everything tastefully designed and convenient to use. Lighting and air conditioning most comfortable. Huge bathroom and separate room for toilet is very convenient for couples/ friends sharing room. Everything was perfect. Thank you. Will definitely come back.

The staff was helpful and courteous. Excellent front desk check-in and check-out process.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. We also like how the hotel's architecture and design incorporate many aspects of nature and greenery. Check-in experience was also smooth and we were provided a coupon for a beverage. In overall, we enjoyed our stay at Hotel Si and we highly recommend this place!

I did enjoy my stay there and actually return to it again tomorrow after some moving around. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I absolutely love the North District, where the hotel is located. The room felt much larger than its listed space. There was a nice standing rm balcony overlooking a very peaceful small manmade stream, with trees and plenty of equipment to stretch out on before and after a walk. A nice view of the surrounding mountains at the edge of the city. I thought the wi fi was strong. I would recommend this hotel for certain.

Clean spacious room, with a large double bed. Good water pressure in the bath/shower, a convenient cold/hot water dispenser outside the room for unlimited drinking water. The staff is efficient and friendly.

Breakfast was fantastic. Loved the coffee maker and the many savory options on the buffet.

Dedicated Front Desk staff sorting out maintenance issues, booking our day tours and assisting with dinner bookings etc. THANK YOU to Livia, Hannah, Grace, Paq, John and (Evetta?) who tried hard to fix the leaking hand basin for us. Vera from the restaurant team was particularly attentive and caring, going extra miles to cater for my special needs and health conditions. Much appreciated! Great home-cooking style breakfast mainly in Taiwanese cuisine. Fresh fruit platters, sandwiches and bread selections also provided. Freshly made omelettes from real eggs. In house brewed herbal tea or fruity drinks (pending on the seasons) served throughout the day, along with a variety of snacks and sweets in the pantry area. Coffee machine and microwave available. Comfy beds for good night sleep. Sogo is only one block away for food courts and endless shopping. The air-conditioned 6th Market takes 5 min walk.

I have no idea why the rating for this hotel isn't higher. This hotel seems to have been undergoing some renovations lately, so perhaps the reviews are of the older rooms. Our room was clean, spacious and perfectly priced in a sea of ridiculously overpriced options. Location is perfect. Would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Taichung.

This is our second time staying at this place, we're very happy with everything. We love the location, the facility, the service from staffs, and it's very convenient to get water from dispenser with ice cubes at almost every floor. We are a family of 3 (kid under 2yo) and we love this place! Would come back again when we visit Taichung Taiwan again.

Very nice and clean. The staff were super attentive and helpful throughout the stay. Communication via Booking and in person is always quick and effective. If you are sensitive to noise, always look for “Backyard Deluxe with Bath” room. The noise from the back road is minimal, occasionally there might be an ambulance passing by, otherwise it is quiet throughout the day (and night). We don’t have any issue with the water pressure or water temperature. There might be some smell from the sewage pipe at night, that comes from the sink. Make sure to close the downpipe in the sink to prevent it from spreading and you should be good. Tips: for late night snack go to the rooftop where you can buy some snacks or instant noodles at very good price. You can ask for chopsticks at the reception.

The room was nice and clean. The staff isvery friendly and helpful. Good breakfast as there are variety of food with tasty. The location is perfect.
